Back Squat

E2MOM 10:

6 at 75%

9 to 5 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

9 minute AMRAP:

3 burpees

3 box jump overs (24/20)

3 wallballs (20/14)

Rest 3 minutes, then:

9 to 5 part 2 (AMRAP – Reps)

5 min AMRAP:

Manmakers (55/35)

As many as possible in 5 minutes.

Pull-ups

3 sets of 7

Rest 1 minute

NOTE: use whatever modification you need to in order to get your chin over the bar in 7 unbroken reps. These are done strict. If you are proficient in regular pullups, do strict chest to bar.
