CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit

Overhead Squat

20 minutes to find a 1RM overhead squat

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

3 minute AMRAP:

5 front squats (115/75)

5 burpees

Rest 2 minutes

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

7 strict pull-ups+7 kipping pull-ups

NOTE: if you don’t quite have kipping down yet, work on just the kipping portion, and progress into adding the pull-up over the next several weeks.
