10 front rack lunges (5 each leg, alternating) at 78-80% of your 6RM

12 thrusters

3 rope climbs

10 minute cap.

You may chose your weights on this.

35-54 years old is supposed to be 135/95, but you may scale accordingly.

Sub one rope climb for two rope planks.
