E2MOM 10:
8 front rack lunges (4 each leg, alternating) at 82-85% of your 6RM
Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)
4 sets:
1 minute max effort push press (95/65)
1 minute max effort front squat
1 minute rest
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
3 sets:
Max unbroken pullups
Rest 1 minute
NOTE:
You should aim to achieve at least 10-12 on your first set, so please use whatever modification you need to in order to achieve that goal.
