Front Rack Lunge

E2MOM 10:

8 front rack lunges (4 each leg, alternating) at 82-85% of your 6RM

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

1 minute max effort push press (95/65)

1 minute max effort front squat

1 minute rest

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

Max unbroken pullups

Rest 1 minute

NOTE:

You should aim to achieve at least 10-12 on your first set, so please use whatever modification you need to in order to achieve that goal.

LIFTED SUMMER PREP (No Measure)

This is an optional piece that you can do on your own after class.

Everybody wants summer abs, but are you willing to do what it takes to get them?

5 sets:

15 sit-ups

10 lying leg lifts

50 flutter kicks

Rest 1 minute
