Take 15 minutes to find a 6-RM front rack lunge (3 reps each leg, alternating each rep)

Metcon (Time)

10 sets:

1 manmaker (55/35)

15 wallballs (20/14)

20 double unders (2 for 1 singles)

15 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

Stationary front rack DB march (55/35) x 45 seconds

(SINGLE DUMBBELL IN THE FRONT RACK POSITION)

Rest 45 seconds
