Front Rack Lunge

E2MOM 10:

6 front rack lunges (3 each leg, alternating) at 85-90% of your 6RM

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time:

90 double unders (200 singles)

12 DB Squats (55/35)

6 burpees

14 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

15 barbell ab wheel rollouts

Rest 1 minute

Do not use 10s or 15s on the barbell for this. Use 25s, 35s, or 45s.
