Take 15 minutes to find a new 1RM backsquat

Metcon (Time)

For time:

800m run

Then 3 rounds:

21 burpees

9 hang power cleans (115/75)

14 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

Brief refresher:

Turkish getups

3 sets:

3 Turkish getups each arm (choose weight)
