Front Squat

E2MOM 10:

4 at 83-85%

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes:

30 seconds of deadlifts (115/75)

30 seconds of burpees

1 minute rest

Score is total reps for entire 14 minute piece.

Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets:

5-7 strict pull-ups*

Rest 45-60 seconds

*Use whatever banded modification you need to in order to achieve the prescribed number of reps unbroken. If regular strict pull-ups are too easy, you may add weight.

Metcon (No Measure)

LIFTED SUMMER PREP (optional and on your own)

4 sets:

50 flutter kicks+20 second plank hold

Rest 30 seconds
