10 reps at 35# less than your heaviest 10-rep max from two weeks ago

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

10 box step overs (20 inches all athletes, 55/35)

50 double unders or 100 singles

Cash out

Every minute for 6 minutes:

15-20 elbow jacks
