E3MOM 9:

10 reps at 70-75%

Beginners:

Choose something light and move through all 10 reps with good quality in technique. If depth is an issue. Squat to a low box

KB Swings (53/35)

Burpees

18 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

45 second stationary march with a KB in the goblet position (same weight as used in the WOD)

30 second rest
