Choose something light and move through all 10 reps with good quality in technique. If depth is an issue. Squat to a low box

100m run

ME wallballs (20/14) until 90

seconds

Rest 90 seconds

Metcon (No Measure)

8 rounds:

Tabata elbow jacks
