1 minute ME manmakers (55/35)

1 minute ME single arm OH DB Squats (55/35)

Rest 1 minute

NOTE: scale with a single arm DB Squat with a single dumbbell on the shoulder.

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

15 weighted sit-ups (choose weight)
