CrossFit Lifted – New You Challenge

Box squats

Every 30 seconds, rotating groups so that everyone does 3 sets each:

5 box squats (75-85 pounds, small box ONLY)

Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
NOTE:

Please remember your modifications from Wednesday’s skill session.
