Every Minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes:

1) 40 seconds ME burpees

Rest 20 seconds

2) 40 seconds ME KB Swings

Rest 20 seconds

3) 40 seconds ME CAL AB

Rest 20 seconds

4) rest 1 minute

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

30 seconds of flutter kicks

Rest 30 seconds

30 seconds of elbow jacks

Rest 30 seconds
