Intro to backsquat/box squat and wall balls

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

17 minute AMRAP:

100m run

7 Deadlifts at 50% of todays heaviest lift

250m row

1RM Deadlift

Find a heavy* deadlift for 1 rep

*heavy will be whatever you can lift one time with proper form and technique
