focus should be on mechanics, then weight. We will be building over the course of the next several weeks, so pick a weight that is comfortable to build to that you can still keep good form and technique with.

Squat Clean

4 sets:

3 power cleans and 3 squat cleans at 65% of your 1RM squat clean
