4 sets, same as last week. Attempt to increase load by 10-15#

Split Jerk (5×3)

E2MOM 10:

3 REPS AT 70% of last weeks 1RM

Halting Clean DL x 3 reps

5 sets of 3 reps at 10-15# heavier than last week

2 second pause below the knee
