CrossFit Lifted – Olympic Weightlifting

Squat Clean

Every 2 minutes for 18 minutes:

1-3: 3 at 65-70%

4-6: 2 at 75-80%

7-9: 1 at 85-90%

Split Jerk

3 sets:

1) 9 at 50%

2) 7 at 60%

3) 5 at 70%
