CrossFit Lifted – Olympic Weightlifting

Snatch

5 sets:

2 Snatches

3 high hang Snatches

2 Snatches

Rest 2 minutes

On the last two Snatches of each set, take a 1 second pause at the bottom.

This should be done 10 pounds LESS than last week.

Snatch Pull

3 sets of 5 at 105% of Snatch (use straps if you have them)
