CrossFit Lifted – Olympic Weightlifting

Metcon (No Measure)

PVC:

20 pass throughs

20 good mornings

20 squats

10 presses

10 jerks

Empty Barbell:

15 front squats

10 push presses with 1 second hold at the top

20 second front rack position hold (encourage tall elbows to stretch out wrists triceps and lats)

Clean and Jerk

Take 30 minutes to build to today’s new PR.
