Empty bar:

2 sets:

2 snatch grip deadlifts

2 high pulls

2 hang power snatch

2 btn push press

2 snatch balance

2 OHS

Following numbers are based off of your SQUAT SNATCH:

5 power Snatches at 65%

3 power Snatches at 75%

1 power snatch at 80%

Take 25 minutes to establish a new 1RM Squat Snatch
