Snatch Grip Hang High Pull x 6 at 75% of 1RM power snatch (same weight as last week)

Snatch Balance

3 sets:

5 at 75% of 1RM OHS

NOTE: if you are having difficulty with this movement, do a snatch grip push press + an OHS
