CrossFit Lifted – Olympic Weightlifting

Metcon (6 Rounds for weight)

6 sets:

2 clean lift-off with 2 second pause+3 power cleans+4 front squats+5 jerks

Use the same weight as last week:

1-2: 40-50%

3-4: 55-60%

5-6: 65-70%
