Back Squat

5 sets of 10 at 75% of your 1RM

rest 2-3 minutes in between

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Teams of two:

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:

Partner A: Row 250 meters

Partner B: 30 Russian KB Swings (choose a weight that can be performed unbroken)

Switch once completed, then rest remaining time once both partners have completed both movements.

note times for all 5 rounds.
