Before CrossFit, I was in extreme pain due to a herniated disc in my back from a car accident. After 6 months of being unable to do any physical activity I had gained 20 lbs.
For 2 months lifting a simple PVC pipe was rough. I was more sore than I'd ever been in my life. It was hard, but within a month, I could already see changes in my body.
I workout with people of all ages and fitness levels! It's a form of fitness anyone can do with modifications. Although I gave myself a year to get back in shape, I realize now that my fitness and health will be a lifelong journey.
I don't know where I'd be at right now—physically or mentally—if I didn't have Crossfit Lifted in my life. Going into CrossFit, I was nervous of what I was about to get myself into. It was hard at first but I stuck to it, and six months later I've seen nothing but amazing progress. My cardio and strength have gotten so much better, and I've also managed to lose over 50 pounds! I'm really excited to see what another six months can do for me!

Last night I rode a shuttle [while on vacation in October 2016]. Usually my body would take up more than half of a two-seater. I actually fit in 1 seat with room to spare. I am elated and wanted to share. So far I have lost 35 lbs since mid August (two months).
Thank you CrossFit Lifted Coaches and family for always encouraging me during the work outs. It gives me the push I need.
