1 rope climb

5 strict pullups

5 kipping pullups

The goal here is to establish and develop grip strength and muscular endurance. Please use a modification that allows you to go unbroken on all movements. Modify the rope climb to 2 rope planks if needbe.

Metcon (Time)

100m farmer carry with KBs or DBs (55/35 each hand)

25/20 cal row

15 minute cap.
