Skill:

Straight leg raise versus toes to bar

Brief revisit of pistols, then 30 alternating reps for quality (yes, AGAIN)

Metcon (Time)

For time:

20 alternating dumbbell Snatches

Rest 1 minute

30 alternating dumbbell Snatches

Rest 1 minute

40 alternating dumbbell

Snatches

Rest 1 minute

50 alternating dumbbell Snatches

12 minute cap.

NOTE: you should be attempting to use the transition at the top that you’ve learned over the last couple weeks. if the weight listed is not one that you can use this technique with, please scale down.

You MUST rest at least one minute during designated test times.
