Gymnastics Skill Session:
For 15 minutes:
Have some fun. Take this time to work on skills, but don’t take yourself too seriously. Focus on handstand holds, handstand push-ups, pistols, double unders and rope climbs.
If what you’d like to work on is not on the list, ask the coach for help with that too!

30 seconds of max effort alternating dumbbell snatches (55/35)

15 glute bridges (bodyweight, orva barbell with weight if you need more of a challenge)
