15-20 minutes of LIGHT rowing or biking

15-20 minutes of LIGHT stretching

Metcon (No Measure)

12 minute EMOM:

1) 30 seconds double under practice

30 rest

2) 30 second nose to wall handstand hold

30 rest

3) 30 seconds of situps

30 rest

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

10 weighted sit-ups

10 HR Push-ups

10 air squats

Metcon (No Measure)

10-15 minutes of stretching/yoga/romwod (coaches choice)
