8 min EMOM:

1) 1-2 rope climbs

2) 6-10 ring dips

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

2 min AMRAP:

2 Deadlifts (275/185)

4 HR Pushups

6 jumping squats

Rest 2 minutes

Cash out

10 minutes of quad/calf mashing in partners
