20 rest

40 second plank hold

20 second rest

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

5 min AMRAP:

15 KB Swings (53/35)

50 double unders

rest 2 minutes, repeat.

Metcon (2 Rounds for weight)

Sled session:

2 sets:

100 ft. reverse sled drag (max weight unbroken)

rest 60 seconds

100 ft. forward sled drag (same weight)

rest 60 seconds
Make sure this is a weight that you can complete the pull unbroken for all 100 feet.
