Please bike (easy pace) during skill work, complete only two rounds of the WOD, and do the mashing as prescribed.

Rope climbs

5 minutes:

HS work (wall walks, handstand holds)

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

1 min ME wallballs (20/14)

1 min rest

1 min ME rowing (calories)

1 min rest

Cash out

10 minutes of mashing (problem areas)
