Metcon (No Measure)

Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes:

1) 1-2 rope climbs

2) 7-9 ring dips

3) 30 seconds of double unders/or double under practice for one minute

Metcon (7 Rounds for reps)

Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes:

250m row

Max effort burpees until the 2 minute mark

Rest one minute

Score is completed burpees each round

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

15 dumbbell floor presses (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute
