Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:

1 minute ME calorie row

1 minute ME one-armed Russian KB Swing (35/26)

1 minute rest

Metcon (No Measure)

10 minutes of quad and lower back foam rolling
