Skills and Accessory

15 minutes of skill:

Rowing instruction:

-the resistance

-position (coming towards the machine, pulling away)

-length of stride

Push Press Barbell cycling:

-touch and go

-head placement

-bar path

-hip drive

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

7 minute AMRAP:

10 handstand push-ups

15 front rack stationary lunges (95/65)

Rest three minutes, then repeat.

Metcon (No Measure)

10 minutes of lower body mobility (coaches choice)
