10 minutes of various handstand pushup progressions (from pikes with a mat to HSPU with no mat)

5 minutes of double under work

10 one-armed russian KB Swings left arm (53/35)

10 stationary lunges holding one KB in the farmer carry position

10 one-armed russian KB Swings right arm

100 ft. Waiter walk (53/35- 50 feet left arm, 50 feet right arm)

15 minute time cap.
