6 rds for time:
4 shoulder to overhead (135/95)(adv 165/125)
5 goblet squats (53/35)
3 power cleans (use same weight as shoulder to overhead)
The final round will end in 61 walking lunges (unweighted, advanced uses KB in front rack) and 1 rope climb. ONLY the 6th and final round.
