Partner walking lunge relay race

Find a partner that you dont know or dont regularly workout with, introduce yourself, then:

Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes:

50 foot walking lunge (35/20 in each hand) for two minutes

Rest 1 minute

Partners may switch at any time, but partners MUST wait at the end of the lane, and wait for the working partner to race to them. Partners may stop at any time to run and tag. Each 50 ft. Section will count as two reps. List your partner in the notes when you score it.

At minute 10:00:

Metcon (Time)

400m partner sandbag run

One sandbag per team. Each partner must be holding the sandbag at all times

Metcon (No Measure)

10 minutes of partner calf and quad mashing (go easy on each other, it’s been a rough week on your legs)
