2) 15 situps (weight optional)

3) 7-10 toes to bar

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 minute AMRAP:

3 burpee box jump overs (24/20)

6 single-arm front rack KB lunges (53/35)(3 each leg)

9 HR Pushups
