Remember, we only have 5, 6, 9am, and noon classes tomorrow. We are closed on Christmas, and back to regular schedule on saturday.
Take 15 minutes and play around a bit. Have some competitions amongst eachother (who can do the most KB Swings in 1 minute, who can plank the longest, etc) Break off in groups of 2 or 3 and just have fun with it.
Run 1 mile
100 double unders (300 singles)
Row 2000 meters
This workout can be performed backwards as well (with the rower first) if rowing space is limited.
I hope you all have a great Christmas/holiday. Go take some time and enjoy your family and friends. Don’t be too careful about what you eat/drink, just enjoy yourself. After the holiday, we will get right back to it, so enjoy these next couple days as much as you can.
