If you are competing in the open, use today to relax and prepare. DO NOT workout. Spend time with family, go to a movie, etc. Do whatever you do to set your mind at ease and prepare.


15 minutes:

HS walks/HSPU/ HS Holds/Double unders

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

3 min AMRAP:

30 double unders

10 goblet squats (53/35)

rest 2 minutes

Cash out

10-15 minutes of slow stretching/mashing
