Back Squat

All athletes:

E2MOM 10:

6 backsquats at 70%

New athletes: if you don’t have an established 1RM, please use a weight you can move through with minimal pauses

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Brief work on dumbbell deadlifts

Teams of two, 20 minute AMRAP:

Partner A: 20 dumbbell deadlifts (25/20/15 each hand)

Partner B: 15 OH Stationary lunges (15/10)

-Switch-

100m run together
