15 reps (35/25/15 each arm)

Rest 1 minute

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes:

3 minute AMRAP:

5 push-ups

10 sit-ups

15 air squats

Rest 1 minute
