EMOM 9:

1) 1-2 rope climb or rope climb practice

2) KB Swings (53/44/35/26)or use a light dumbbell if need be)

3) 50 flutter kicks

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

1 minute max DB push press (35/25/15)

1 minute med ball squat (20/14)

1 minute rest

25 situps
