CrossFit Lifted – Tsunami Water Polo

Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM 9:

1) 1 rope climb or rope climb practice

2) KB Swings (35/26 or use a light dumbbell if need be)

3) 50 flutter kicks

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

1 minute max DB push press (20/15/10)

1 minute med ball squat (14/10)

1 minute rest

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

25 sit-ups
