9 minute EMOM:

1) 30 seconds of floor presses (same weight as last week)

2) 30 seconds of assault bike

3) 30 seconds of burpees

Only scoring max reps on the floor press

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4 sets:

2 minute AMRAP:

Wallballs (14/10)

At the 2 minute mark, in under 1 minute:

Run 100m

Rest 1 minute

Score is total wallballs.
