CrossFit Lifted – Tsunami Water Polo

Metcon (2 Rounds for weight)

5 sets:

20 floor presses (heavier than last week)

20 sit-ups

100 ft. Sled drag (to be discussed) (115/90/70)

List the weight of your floor presses in the first round, and the weight of your sled in the second round.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

18 minute AMRAP:

9 burpees

15 KB/DB Swings (35/26/15)

21 stationary lunges
