Back Squat

Take 5 minutes to build to 70%

Then,

E2MOM 6:

10 back squats at 70%

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 min. AMRAP:

Double dumbbell swing+front squat (35/20)

rest 2 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 min. AMRAP:

Burpee box jump overs (24/20)

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 min. AMRAP:

Double unders

NOTE: if you do singles instead, half your score and note that you did singles.

Metcon (No Measure)

Comp Prep:

5-10 minutes of overhead barbell walk

NOTE:

If you are competing, please practice at the Weights used in your division.

Practice in the gym, or walk to the dumpster area and back.

The distance in the competition will be longer, but this will be good practice for stabilization overhead.
