5 minute power snatch demo/refresher

3 sets:

4 min. AMRAP:

3 power snatches (95/65)

6 box jumps (24/20)

9 push presses (95/65)

Rest 2 minutes

Metcon (No Measure)

On your own:

3 sets of 25 sit-ups

Rest 30 seconds
