Push Press

Then 3 minute EMOM:

1 power clean+10 push presses at 10#s heavier than last week

This will be the last week of push press cycling

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 min. AMRAP:

10 deadlifts (95/65)

10 front squats (95/65)

10 burpees

200m run

Cash out

2 sets:

25 weighted situps (45/25)

Rest 30 seconds
